Striker Devonte Morton is the latest acquisition as we head into the final week of pre-season. The 21-year old has already impressed in recent friendlies, finding the net twice against Newton Aycliffe and Pickering Town. Originally of Hull City Academy, Devonte spent last season at Liversedge (playing against us in the 2-2 draw at Clayborn) and Campion. He's also played at Evo-Stik League level with Ossett Town and Brighouse Town.
Also joining the club is experienced goalkeeper Toby Wells. The 25-year old played locally with Tadcaster Magnets last season, but has experience of NCEL football with Pickering and Barton Town. He's also coached at the i2i Academy.
Central defender Alex Low and central-midfielder Daniel Middleton make up the remainder of our new faces. Twenty-seven year old Alex joins us from Ossett Town and has previously played at Brighouse, Glasshoughton and Harrogate Railway. A product of York City's academy, 23-year old Daniel joins us from Glasshoughton.
