As part of our hosts' preparation for their upcoming FA Vase re-match against Seaham Red Star (and hopefully ours for the Yorkshire Trophy), Town take on NCEL Division 1 side North Ferriby in a friendly match this Saturday. Kick-off will be 1pm, but sadly the game will be played behind closed doors.
As you'll have read, The Miners have agreed to take part in the Yorkshire Trophy next month, kicking-off on Saturday 13th April and involving a minimum of ten games over the following six weeks. Staging of the tournament depends on spectators being allowed to attend, as well as hospitality being allowed to operate in some form (minimum table service or takeaway). As yet the government guidance on this is unclear, but we hope to receive it in the coming days.
