New manager Paul Marshall takes his team to the Springfield Training MDC Stadium tomorrow in the first of a difficult trio of fixtures against top-seven sides. Second place Wells have a 100% record at home and will aim to keep this intact and stay on the tails of current leaders Staveley. A 4-0 defeat at Grimsby Borough saw Wayne Benn's side exit the FA Vase last weekend, but they bounced back in midweek with a 2-1 win over AFC Mansfield.
Town are yet to win at this venue against a side who did the double over us last season. Hopefully we can continue the improvements made in last weekend's late win at Eccleshill and spur a turnaround in fortunes.
