A couple of tricky away games up next for The Miners in the form of visits to top five sides Pickering and Maltby. Matches at tomorrow's fifth place hosts are rarely straightforward, but Rob Hunter's side can at least take to the field with confidence as we seek to make it six games without loss.
Town will aim to avenge our 1-0 defeat on Cedar Ridge back in September to consolidate our place in the top ten. After defeat to Scarborough in the County Cup, Paul Marshall's side meanwhile beat basement side Clipstone 4-0 last weekend and will look to put another run of results together to get ahead of their rivals in what looks like a four-horse race for the runners-up spot, behind leaders AFC Mansfield.
A goal from Mark Simpson sadly proved in vain in this meeting last season almost a year ago, Town losing 3-1 and controversially finishing the match with nine men.
