A tough task ahead for Rob Hunter's men as we look to continue a run of one defeat in six games against Premier Division champions-elect Worksop. Craig Denton's side remain unbeaten in 2019 and are on a remarkable run of eighteen wins on the bounce, a sequence no doubt pivotal to pipping a free-scoring Penistone to promotion (try saying that one fast!). A look at the games concerned suggests The Tigers like to get things done and dusted by half time, so not conceding early will be key if we're to take any points back up the A1.
Sandy Lane hasn't been the happiest of hunting grounds for us over the last few years against both tomorrow's hosts and their landlords Handsworth, but our last visit to play the former ended in a dramatic 3-2 win for Garforth on 13th September 2017; a Calum Ward goal and a Mitch Hamilton brace securing the points.
