Garforth kept themselves in the hunt for a playoff place after a dramatic added time goal claimed their first competitive win over North Ferriby in twenty seven years.
The Miners started the day one place and four points behind the Villagers, but with a game in hand.
Garforth had more than the lion's share of opportunities, the best falling to Luke Aldrich, whose miscontrol in front of goal denied them an early lead.
After a goalless first half, the home side threw everything at a stout Ferriby defence, and as time looked to have run out, Owen Marshall was quickest to react in a goalmouth scramble deep into added time.
