With a free Tuesday, Garforth and Selby got together at the Bannister Prentice Stadium for their second friendly match in a month.
An excellent crowd of 167 turned out for the game, that ended all square.
Sam Barker put Garforth ahead after just two minutes and that's how it stayed until the 49th minute, when Kyle Fish converted a penalty for the visitors.
The Miners scored a spot kick of their own on 60 minutes, but the lead was cancelled out again, by an Edward Dry goal.
A big thank you to Garforth Villa U7s for leading the teams out.
Garforth are next in action next Wednesday (16th August), when we visit Handsworth for an NCEL Premier Division match. Kick off is 7.45pm
