Another washout of a week has led to football matches across the country being called off again.
An 11am pitch inspection confirmed what fans and club officials had dreaded and the match against Handsworth had to be postponed.
Garforth are next hopefully in action on Tuesday night, when they host Guiseley AFC in the West Riding FA County Cup second round (kick-off 7.45pm)
Although todays match is postponed, the usual fine array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and tea and coffee will still be served up, as our nice warm clubhouse is open at 1pm.
Pie and peas is on the menu today and the first 20 customers will get free mince pies!
The new stock of hats and scarves has arrived and will be on sale today, priced at £12 each.
