A player not mentioned in recent articles is attacking midfielder Sam Barker. After featuring in our first couple of friendly matches, the talented 21-year old went for trials with Scarborough Athletic, who we of course held to a 2-2 earlier this month . Happily for Garforth however, Sam has decided life at the Flamingo Land Stadium isn't for him and will be signing with us for another season. Sam will go straight into tomorrow's squad against Maltby subject to his registration going through in time.
