After the dust settles from Tuesday nights' controversial game (but excellent win), Garforth will look to continue their recent winning run when Blyth Town come to LS25 on Saturday.

The Miners have hit ten goals in three games, with just one conceded.
Summer signing Luke Aldrich has started to show the goalscoring form that made him a priority target for Paul Marshall in pre-season. At the other end of the pitch, teams are finding it hard to break through Garforths mean back line (who are also weighing in with goals).

It's been a tough start to the season for Blyth. They sit bottom of the division, just one point below their neighbours "Spartans".
Two of their three wins have been away from home, so they will come to Garforth looking to put a spanner in the Miners works.

We're repeating last seasons Christmas "Toy Drive" and will be welcoming donations of new toys or selection boxes at our home games in the lead up to Christmas.
These will then be delivered to families in need and to local childrens hospitals and hospices.

A big thank you to Wakefield Jets U13s for leading the teams out on Saturday.
