Garforth are back in league cup action on Tuesday night, when we host Brigg Town of the NCEL first divsion.
"The Zebras" were founded in 1864, making them 100 years older than the Miners.
They currently sit fifth in the table and will be looking to challenge for at least a play-off spot at the business end of the season.
It's sure to be a tough game for Paul Marshalls' side, as the visitors have lost only once in the 18 games they've played since pre-season started, back in July.
They're a high-scoring team, with plenty of players amongst the goals this season, but Kevan Kahoussi and Fraser Papprill have been finding the net regularly in recent weeks.
Garforth extended their unbeaten run in the league to 6 games with victory over Albion Sports at the weekend and after being narrowly beaten by Barton Town in the league cup final last season, they'll be determined to have a good run in this years competition.
The bar and snack bar will be open as usual, serving hot and cold refreshments.
