Third in the league Garforth are at home to fifth placed Emley in a huge NCEL Premier Division game that both sides need to win.

While Garforth were celebrating victory over local rivals Yorkshire Amateur in midweek, the Pewits were anxiously awaiting news from Hull Royal Infirmary on the condition of striker Joe Jagger (injured in their match at Barton, which was abandoned after the incident).

Emley will have to adapt to life without the leagues' top scorer for some time, as he recovers from a double break to the right tibia and fibula.
Garforth send their best wishes on the strikers road to full health.

Due to the postponment, the visitors come into Saturdays game with three games in hand on Town, but seven points behind.
It hasn't been a great start to the new year by the Emley, with defeat at home to Knaresborough and points dropped against Albion Sports and Goole.

Despite an injury time home defeat to Thackley, Garforth have managed to maintain their position in the league, mainly thanks to Burgess, Barker and Marshall finding their scoring boots, quite literally in Burgess' case (his new boots have found the net in their three appearances).

The teams cancelled each other out in a 0-0 result at the Fantastic Media Welfare Ground back in September, but it's highly unlikely that two of the NCELs best attacks will draw a blank at the Bannister Prentice Stadium this Saturday.

The bar and snack bar will be open as usual, serving hot and cold refreshments.
Card or cash is accepted in these areas, but the turnstile is cash only.
Please get through the turnstile early, to avoid last minute queues.

On site parking is available at the ground and on the approach road (Brierlands Lane). If this is full, additional parking is available a short walk away on Isabella road LS25 2DY.

We're a dog-friendly club, so you're welcome to bring along your four-legged friends.
