Garforth Town kick off the new year with a home league game against Thackley.
Please note that this game kicks off at 3pm, despite being advertised as 1.30pm in the fixture list.
Thackley currently sit fourth from bottom in the NCEL Premier Division, although they have a six point cushion and game in hand on the team below them.
Former Garforth striker Tom Greaves has been banging the goals in for the Dennyboys this season and in ecent weeks has also taken the helm as player/manager.
A friendly win over Steeton has was followed up this week with an impressive 2-0 derby win at Eccleshill, meaning Thackley will be going into mondays game on a high.
Garforth come into the game on the back of three wins and the second best attack in the league are sure to give the visiting defence a busy afternoon.
The bar and snack bar will be open as usual, serving hot and cold refreshments.
