Paul Marshall returns to Pickering Town for the first time as Garforth manager.
Marshall guided The Pikes to promotion from the NCEL Premier Division in 2018 and is regarded as their most successful manager in the modern era.
After four seasons at a higher level, Pickering were relegated to the Northen Football League last year and then moved back across to the NCEL this summer.
Like Garforth, The Pikes 23/24 campaign got off to a disappointing start, they lost their first six matches in all competitions.
Although they've picked up a few impressive wins since then, they've also suffered to big defeats, including a 9-1 away humbling at Silsden.
Matthew Dawes and Nathan Dyer look like the players to watch from an attacking point of view. Dawes particularly has been rattling in goals on a consistent basis.
When these teams met in their last league encounter at Mill Lane back in 2018, it was Garforth who were humbled, as promotion-bound Pickering scored seven without reply.
Town go into this game following back-to-back wins against Barton and Penistone and will be confident their firepower can cause trouble at Mill Lane.
It remains to be seen if Matt Antcliff can shrug off an injury that has kept him out for a couple of games and although the physical presence of Jordan Emery was missed on Tuesday, Jay Davis came from the bench to score two goals in two minutes, which will give Marshall "nice" selection headaches ahead of Saturday.
