Experienced centre-forward James Burgess joined the club yesterday and will be available for tomorrow's FA Vase clash against Seaham Red Star. The 32-year old makes a return to Cedar Ridge having made at least 28 appearances for Garforth back in 2012-13 season. He's also played at Guiseley, Shaw Lane Aquaforce, Farsley Celtic, Wakefield FC and Horsforth St Margarets. Pic hopefully to follow!
Meanwhile there'll be Friday night football next month and in January for our league games against Hemsworth MW. Next month's home game has been brought forward from Saturday 7th November to Friday 6th, whilst our visit to the MDC Stadium will be on Friday 29th January (previously Saturday 30th). Kick-off for both will be 7:45pm.
