Garforth were beaten for the first time in nine league games on a freezing night in Tadcaster.

Sam Kay gave the Brewers the lead after just two minutes, but Jordan Emery put Town level seven minutes later.

Dan Thirkell restored Albions lead on twenty two minutes with that would prove to be the winning goal.

Garforth will hope to bounce back on Saturday when they welcome Handsworth to the Bannister Prentice Stadium.
