Craig Parry's side finished sixth in Division 1 East in the truncated 2020-21 season and in pre-season have registered big wins over our NCEL stablemates Hemsworth, Parkgate and Emley. After holding higher-placed Scarborough Athletic to a draw last week, Paul Marshall will be looking for a similar display as we edge nearer to the start of the league season.
The two sides shared an entertaining 2-2 draw in a friendly at the Bannister Prentice Stadium last August, the first of last season played in front of spectators.
Our last visit to the Windsor Foodservices Stadium was back in April 2019. Freshly crowned NCEL Premier Division Champions, an early goal was enough for the Nottinghamshire side to record a win over Rob Hunter's men.
