New signings Luke Aldrich and Nick Hepple made their debuts in the first half, along with a trialist.
Harry Flatters and Harry Viggars were the only players that played in both halves.
Albion took an early lead, but Garforth went in level at the break, when Nash Connolly tapped home a low cross by Steven Jeff.
A change of team came out for the second period, including three more trialists.
Albion scored the winner through an excellently executed assist and finish.
