Harry Flatters
Popular goalkeeper who joined us from Pontefract Collieries in September 2023. Formerly with Middlesbrough at Youth level and has since represented York City, Spennymoore Town and Pickering Town. An excellent shot-stopper who's impressive performances in his debut season, including saves in the play-off semi-final and final, earned him the Manager's Player of the Season award which he won again last season.
Defenders
Harry Colville
Versatile young midfielder signed from Bradford (Park Avenue) in October 2024. After his first season was curtailed by injury he impressed at right-back last year and scored one of the goals of the season against Bishop Auckland. Harry has previously played in the US at the University of West Alabama.
Jordan Emery
Excelling at centre-back last season, Jordan can also play at left-back or striker. Arrived from Darlington in 2023 and scored on his debut. Now in his second spell after spending time in New Zealand in summer 2024. Former Supporters' Player of the Season award winner.
Sam Denton
Vastly experienced Kippax-based central defender who joined in October 2019 and brings to our defence an excellent reading of the game and aerial ability. Now a valuable member of the backroom staff although is still prepared to pull on the blue jersey when needed! Sam can count Albion Sports, Scarborough Athletic, Farsley Celtic, Guiseley and North Ferriby among his former clubs.
Max Tweddle
Left-footed midfielder who has made his name as tough-to-beat full back since returning for a second spell in 2024. A regular penalty taker.
Niall Tilsley
Experienced central defender signed from North Ferriby in the summer who previously played under Paul Marshall at Pickering Town.
Jack Johnson
Kippax-based fullback who signed from North Ferriby in the summer.
Jamie Barkway
Towering centre-back and vice-captain who continues to impress with his calmness and excellent reading of the game. With over 180 appearances at the club, he's also added goals at Town set-pieces. Signed in summer 2020 after four years with Newman Jets in the US, he's also played at Barton Town and Pickering Town.
Steven Jeff
Vastly experienced left-back signed from Goole in January 2024 after previous spells with Hemsworth, Tadcaster Albion, Ossett United, Frickley Athletic and Selby Town. He continues to contribute his invaluable experience as a coach after retiring in the summer, but a couple of appearances on the field in pre-season means further ones can't be ruled out!
Alex Zachariou
Attacking right-back who can also play at centre-back and central midfield. Alex returned for a third spell with the club last season after time with Bridlington Town, Pickering Town and Knaresborough Town. Initially signed in August 2021 from York League and quickly adapted to NCEL football.
Midfielders
Owen Marshall
Holding midfielder or defender who returned from America in 2025 to join us for a second spell. Owen impressed many with his calmness and football intelligence last season, earning him Players' and Supporters' Player of the Season awards.
Dexter Ball
Talented young midfielder who returned for a second spell last September after time at Ossett United. Originally signed in summer 2022, he impressed many with his composed and hard-working performances. Previously with Bradford City Academy and Guiseley.
Oli Patrick
Attacking midfielder who joined in November last year. After impressive early performances, injury sadly limited his appearances last season but hopefully his potential can be realised this time around. Olli has played at League 2 with Accrington Stanley and also at Bamber Bridge, Nantwich Town and Atherton Collieries.
Mutty Junior
Central/holding midfield player who stepped up to the first team last season after impressing for our development side.
Matt Savage
Classy and strong-tackling central midfield player who returned last season for a second spell after previously playing for us in 2017-18 season. Formerly of Tadcaster Albion.
Dan Coupland
Popular midfielder in his second stint with the club after playing in the 2017-18 season. Dan became club captain in October 2021 and has gone on to make over 250 appearances for the club. He continues to impress with his calm presence and football intelligence. Previously with Knaresborough Town, Harrogate Railway and Lincoln City among others and has played in America at Bellevue University.
Joe Allerton
A summer 2025 signing, Joe has spent time playing in America and has shown his adaptability to play in an attacking or defensive midfield role. He is comfortable with both feet.
Forwards
Charlie Marshall
Son of manager Paul, Charlie returned for a fourth spell with the club in November 2021. Talented young attacking midfielder who's chipped in with crucial goals over some 220 appearances. Previously at Liversedge, Tadcaster Albion, Scarborough Athletic and Pickering Town.
Daniel Ramsden
Young forward who made his debut in October 2024 and was the Under 23s top scorer that season. A useful option off the bench, he chipped in with a couple of well-taken goals for the first team last season.
Harris Eggleston
Quick and determined left winger who signed after impressing in pre-season. Previously with Harrogate Railway.
Mutty
Former Sheffield Wednesday academy player signed in August last year. Offers a lively presence down the left wing and scored on his first start for the club.
Luke Aldrich
Well-travelled, lofty striker who joined from Sheffield at the beginning of last season. A quality finisher in and around the box, his 14 goals earned him last season's Golden Boot award. Has also played for Cleethorpes Town, Albion Sports, Ossett United and Eccleshill United.
