Recently retired:
Brett Renshaw (March/April 2012) - Long serving defender who joined Garforth in 2003-04 under manager Jimmy Martin. Played a major part in Town's promotions in 2004-05 and 2006-7 (finishing top scorer in the latter campaign!). Brett scored a total of 42 competitive goals in his time here, putting him inside the club's top 10 all-time goalscorers list, and could well be our highest scoring defender. He left the club in December 2009 and has since played for Bradford Park Avenue, Curzon Ashton (featuring against the Miners at the Tameside Stadium in November 2010), Hyde FC, FC Halifax Town and Stocksbridge.
Lee Connor (April 2012) - Well-travelled defender who played at Garforth in 2008-09, scoring 4 goals. Went on to play for Ossett Albion (generously heading into his own net on our visit to Dimple Wells in September 09) and finally Farsley for a second time. An article on Lee's career can be found here.
